Refunds and cancellations

These terms apply to training workshops and private sessions offered by Toolkitshore. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions on this site.

Payments

There is no checkout on toolkitshore.click. Workshop fees are agreed and paid offline (bank transfer or another method confirmed when booking). Listed prices are informational.

Client cancellation

• 48 or more business hours’ notice: full refund of amounts already paid, or free transfer to another agreed date.
• Fewer than 48 business hours’ notice: 50% of the workshop fee is retained as a booking hold, unless documented medical or force-majeure reasons apply.
• No-show without notice: no refund for the reserved seat.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 business hours’ notice. Further changes may include a $25 administrative adjustment, credited toward the next booked workshop.

Deposits

If a deposit is requested to hold a seat, it is applied to the final fee. Deposits are returned in full when you cancel within the full-refund window.

Work already started

Once a live workshop has begun (on-site or video), unilateral withdrawal is not refundable, except when Toolkitshore causes a severe interruption (our connectivity failure or facilitator absence).

Deliverables prepared for the workshop

Worksheets, templates, and annotated practice maps produced during or for the engagement are part of the training. There is no partial refund for “unused materials” after delivery.

Purchased materials

We do not sell kits or physical course packs separately. If printed worksheets are prepared for an on-site session, their cost is included in the seat fee and is not separately refundable after the workshop starts.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of acceptance, using the original payment method when possible. Otherwise we arrange a transfer to an account you designate.

How to request a refund

Email shore@toolkitshore.click or call (84-50) 3 862 034 with the workshop date and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

Exceptions

If we cancel a confirmed workshop and cannot offer a suitable alternative time, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that seat.
